Lucy has now completed her work on the current Harry Potter film and is looking forward to a 2010 full of new exciting projects. The 'Hunt For Gollum' film, where Lucy worked as part of the make-up and prosthetics team, is now available to watch online. For the meantime, you can watch the 40-minute long film for free here. 01.05.2009 - The Hunt For Gollum This weekend is a momentous occasion in the house of Darkness, 'The Hunt For Gollum' premieres this weekend! So we are donning our glad rags and celebrating the wonder that is low budget cinema. The BBC has been following the effort of cast and crew here. Lets hope the weather is good. 04.04.2009 You can now find Lucy Darkness advertised in 'The Knowledge' online and also published in the annual directory. 02.03.2009 It's official, Lucy Darkness is now available without restrictions! Lucy has now given up her day job to focus on the persuit of happiness in her makeup and prosthetics work. 30.01.2009 - Busier than ever! What a crazy year in the House of Darkness! Please check out the updated portfolio section and contact me for availability and rates. 24.02.2008 - A New Year brings new prospects Lucy is filming a short this weekend, collaborating with well-known illustrator Mysterious Al, and old friend and colleague Lauren Eva. This project can be summed up in two words - 'Zombie Ballet'! You heard it here folks. First there was such a thing as 'zombie horror' then, much later on, 'rom-zom-com' and now in 2008, 'zombie ballet'. Keep checking back for details of the zombie ballet and other Lucy Darkness ventures. With regards to the Portfolio section of the site, pictures are now accompanied by credits and titles, to give you a little more insight into the project. 28.01.2008 Happy new year! The Terrorizer shoot was a huge success, and Lucy is gathering interest and projects for a busy year ahead. 03.12.2007 October and November have been a busy and exciting time in the house of Darkness, with many promising offers and opportunities. The new year will make these opportunities public view with the cover shot for Terrorizer Jan '08 with Anaal Nathrakh, shortly followed by a Total Tattoo cover shot! As part of this show, I made up presenter Talita as a zombie. It was so much fun.
